Okrostin-F10 is a brand name of Rosuvastatin Calcium Fenofibrate Tablet which is used in treating hyperlipidemia (high lipid Levels), mixed dyslipidemia (low good cholesterol and high bad cholesterol and triglycerides), hypercholesterolemia (high cholesterol) and high levels of triglycerides (hypertriglyceridemia). 

Rosuvastatin helps in reducing cholesterol production in the liver whereas fenofibrate works by lowering the level of triglycerides in the blood and bad cholesterol. In a combination Rosuvastatin Calcium Fenofibrate tablet helps in treating high cholesterol levels
